60% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Ginger

The dark chocolate coating is incredibly smooth and velvety, balancing the soft ginger's spicy kick perfectly. Each piece melts in your mouth for a lovely sweet and warm finish.

The ginger is perfectly tender and the dark chocolate balances the spice nicely. My only small complaint is that a few pieces had slightly less chocolate coating than others, but overall it's a tasty treat.
